Take 5 Oil Change

My wife and I took both of our vehicles to Take 5 in Lake Worth. It was very hot this Saturday morning and the two guys Hector and his supervisor were working hard. They were very nice and polite. When I arrived I said all I needed was a safety inspection, but then I changed my mind and got an oil change and my air filters changed as well. They took care of our vehicles needs and they did an awesome job. We definitely recommend Take 5 Lake Worth! Thanks again for the awesome service!!!!

Great service. I was offered water before I ask for any services. It was very hot and happy to have someone offering water. They were quick in their services as well. Feel free to go there if your car needs oil change and inspection. You will not regret.

Well. I didn’t have a coolant leak prior to my wife being pressured into a coolant flush on our truck. Now after they did a coolant flush on my truck, I now have a coolant leak. The following day as I noticed it all over the driveway they sent me to autozone to pick up coolant to take to my truck so I could bring it back in to Take 5. Only to have them top me off and send me home. My truck didn’t need a coolant flush but I guess they get easy business by taking advantage of women and also sad attempts at hitting on 16 year old girls in the other car. (My daughter)

My wife was treated poorly. There were unnecessary attempts to upsell her. Staff was rude. Technician literally dripped oil down my driver door, left oil smears and oil handprint all across my driver side fender, the hood, and the front bumper. I have been using Take 5 in Hudson Oaks for years and they have never even come close to performing as pathetically as the Lake Worth location. I will never go back here and I will recommend anyone against going here.

I went to Take 5 Oil Change today and had an excellent experience. James and Brian were both very professional, friendly, and helpful. They gave me great recommendations for my car, and the oil change was done super fast. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s hard to find places that are both quick and genuinely attentive, but they definitely delivered. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest service and a great team.
